Biology Lab

today was traumatizing.
seriously. ...... a day to be remembered. 11.11.09. nice number. but, a really "eventful" day. yes, there was an 'accident' in the biology lab today.. during practical. the cause of it, ME. i was solely resposible for the whole thing. it all started out like this. : we were doing tests for reducing sugar, starch and proteins. Did the test for reducing suagr last because it needs a water bath, bunsen burner and so on. i placed my testubes in the waterbath followed by shafiqah's. after awhile, we wanted to raise the flame higher (needed to raise the bunsen burner higher and nearer to the beaker), so we shifted the whole thing, (beaker filled with water and testubes was on top the tripod stand). i was successful shifting the whole thing away from the bunsen burner. after raising the flame, i started to shift the whole thing back to its place. this time round, i wasn't successful. the beaker on top of the tripod stand fell along with the testubes in it. the testubes survived except for the beaker. shafiqah ran away, and i was left standing there shaking.. it was super shocking.. and traumatizing. i couldn't control myself from shaking. broke down into tears after that. why? because, i was so traumatized from the whole incident. stupid me.. -.-" seriously... i should be exempted from doing practicals. and, it's not my first time breaking stuffs in the biology lab. it's my second.. first was a testube, (while doing food tests.. -.-') i was lucky that the whole beaker didn't fall .. well, the second time was obviously unlucky. geez. and i screamed so loud. im so not gonna touch another thing in the biology lab... ever again.. unless im forced to. anyways, i can't wait for tomorrow's class barbeque!!! and Body world exhibition!!! weee! it'll be a fun filled day!! i hopee! and im bringing my orange crocs!
